• Operate print finishing equipment, specifically perfect binders
• Follow binder guides and train and lead a crew
• Maintain good attendance, job performance, and safety record
• Work in a structured schedule of 3- and 4-day work weeks with 12-hour shifts

Requirements
• Previous print finishing operator experience
• Knowledge of perfect binder operation and mailing operations/equipment
• Mechanical aptitude
• Self-motivation and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team and be flexible with shifts and overtime
• Good attendance and excellent safety record
• Ability to balance work and family life
• Ability to train and lead a crew
