ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Develop scope, schedule and validate budget for assigned projects.
* Proactively manage project-related issues on assigned projects and escalate critical items to management in a timely fashion.
* Conduct and document all weekly meetings.
* Coordinate and track all Vendor RFP’s, including bid leveling and award recommendations.
* Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation in accordance with account standards.
* Manage internal client resources, 3rd party design professionals and construction teams to implement assigned projects.
* Interact and negotiate with design professionals, contractors and subcontractors.
* Prepare/update project status reports, review accuracy of purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials
Demonstrates highly visible commitment to creating a “one-firm firm” by utilizing cross-discipline teams to meet client needs.
Insures leadership is fully and accurately informed of all project, internal and client issues affecting the perception of the local, national and global reputation of the firm.
Lead relationship manager for multiple strategic alliance clients.
Provides account specific leadership and direction across client teams and geographies
