We are seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Marketing team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional Digital Marketing Managers. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of Digital Marketing, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.
Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Senior Manager duties will include developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, track, and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, website management, marketing database, email, social media, and bespoke digital marketing campaigns
- Manage, track, and optimize our social media presence – both paid and organic
- Manage, track, and optimize SEO
- Measure and report spend and performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against business objectives (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop and optimize campaigns/initiatives to capitalize on identified trends and market insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Oversee content development for digital marketing efforts – this role has a heavy production involvement and requires an advanced technical skillset and copywriting abilities
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate testing
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across digital channels and throughout client journeys
- Optimize digital efforts to enhance existing client touchpoints and increase MQL generation
- Manage editorial calendars for digital campaigns and initiatives
- Daily website content updates and coordination of development/design updates
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends, and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Develops and submits quarterly and annual digital marketing reports, which are delivered to the firm’s Vice President, Marketing
Attributes & Background:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing for B2B organizations
- Demonstrable experience developing and implementing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
- Highly creative and strategic with experience developing target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Proven experience contributing to integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience in optimizing customer journeys
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Knowledge of analytics tools covering a full-stack digital presence
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns (social, SEM, and display ads)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
- Advanced skillset in the Microsoft & Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to interact with various functional areas at management levels
- Ability to plan and lead initiatives independently
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
