General Description of Position: | Under the direction of the Director of Student Records, this position is responsible for the centralized processing of various student records. |

Major Responsibilities: |
Process online application data into the student information system and resolve any errors. Receive and evaluate high school transcripts, college transcripts and test score submissions to assess college readiness and annotate data from them in the student information system. Identify and evaluate readmitted students for assessment through prior coursework. Notify students of holds or other issues blocking their ability to apply for admission. Notify students who received no placement or partial placement of other means to reattempt assessment. Monitor the admissions processing email inbox to maintain timely communication between the College and the student regarding admissions and assessment related items. Provide student records data rectification of duplicate records, unknown high school data, and degree seeking high students that should be courses only. Monitor National Clearinghouse data reporting dashboard and correct reported inaccuracies on the error resolution report. The above list of duties is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Minimum Qualifications: |
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. At least one year of work-related experience in an office setting. Demonstrated evidence of ability to successfully work in a team environment with ability to communicate well with others. Ability to promote an inclusive environment that reflects the broad diversity and backgrounds represented by our students and employees and which every individual feels respected and valued. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
Prior higher education experience. Banner/Ellucian Student Information Systems experience is helpful. |
