A Hardware and Network Support Organization is seeking a Computer Technician to provide Onsite and Remote support to our Dental office clients. This role will troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to our customers’ entire office IT infrastructure, including Desktop, Servers, Networking, VOIP Phones, Digital Imaging Equipment, and Practice Management Software. This is a field support role, and you will be responsible for providing excellent service in-person at our client’s offices throughout the Denver and Colorado Springs metro area. Excellent phone skills and customer service are required. You will be working from home as well, providing remote support to clients. We are looking for someone with experience in the following:
To start, you will be in a 90-day probation period. The job is full time and $23 per hour. The shift is 8:30am – 5pm Two weeks Sick/PTO. Hours are accrued one hour for every 30 hours worked. A $200 monthly gas stipend is provided the job is remote and onsite. must live in Colorado Metro Area. Must have a stable internet connection that has at least 100MB Down and 10 MB up enough bandwidth to work remotely on multiple devices at once.
