Ironside HR Looking for Human Resources Manager at Ontario, OR Full Time

Community hospital located near Boise, ID seeking a full-time, permanent Human Resources Manager. $10,000 relocation assistance! Generous sign-on bonus available!

Salary: $75,000-85,000/annually DOE

Human Resources Manager Job Summary:

• Directly responsible for the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function. Supervises 1 HR generalist in all areas of HR including; Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning and Employee File.

• Assures that the HR Department is in compliance with Joint Commission standards and supports those of the organization.

• Annually reviews and makes recommendations to Executive Management for improvement of hospital’s policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.

• Assists executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of hospital wage and salary program.

• Communicates regularly with CEO about Department issues

Human Resources Director Qualifications:

• BS or BA in personnel administration, Human Resources management, or closely related field.

• Prefer five (5) or more years experience in human resources management in the health care field. Prefer thorough knowledge of Joint Commission standards for Human Resources.
