Are you looking to develop your career in one of the world’s largest research organizations? We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Communication & Activation Manager to join our global Innovation team. This position will be based in the US on the EAST COAST, Remote.

What makes this role important at Ipsos?
As a key player in the Activation team, you will be responsible for creating and maximizing the impact of our communications, producing engaging and on-brand materials, and ensuring the optimal execution out of the communication plan to drive awareness and enhance the positioning of the Innovation team.
You will work closely with the senior management team to understand their business needs to create and deliver impactful marketing and communications materials to support the retention and business development initiatives.
You will be involved in all the following:
* Development of B2B commercial toolkits and communication materials,
* Amplification of new product launches and product upgrades,
* Internal communication through newsletters, SharePoint folders and social platforms
* External release of communication assets with a principle focus on professional social media and press releases with trade press
As part of this role, you will be working with:
* The Global Activation Director
* Our team of internal and external graphic designers and agencies
* Key Client Directors and the Chief Commercial Officer
* The global Innovation team
* The global Creative Excellence team
* The global communication team
* The Ipsos Knowledge Centre responsible for global thought leadership papers
What you can expect to be doing:
* Create and project manage communication assets such as flyers, sales decks, infographics, client emails…
* Manage social media content and agenda
* Manage the thought leadership agenda and process
* Manage the annual schedule of internal webinars and invites
* Write and coordinate articles for newsletters and wordsmith articles
* Support the team with their annual events, pre-and post-event, with engaging materials and a strong brand presence
* Manage and supervise SharePoint
* Monitor the effectiveness of our overall communications including social media statistics and internal analytics
* Support the team in creating and developing impactful communication assets for new products and product enhancements
* International travel will be required
This might be the job for you if you have:
* Bachelor’s degree in communication or marketing
* Experienced marketing/communication professional with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role preferably in marketing, media, advertising, or market research services
* Excellent communication skills (English written and oral) including copy writing and proof-reading skills and stakeholder management
* Expert knowledge of PowerPoint is essential
* Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be a plus
* Coordinating activities with the Global communication team and specialist support functions (including online/web, social media)

The salary range for this role in New York, NY is $85,000 to $90,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
