IPS Industries, Inc. Looking for IT Support Specialist at Cerritos, CA Full Time

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology to join our IT team in Cerritos, CA. This position requires a skilled IT coordinator to help maintain our IT systems and networks, performing both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail. Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.

Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities):

• Quickly diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware or software systems to ensure maximum uptime and minimum disruption to user activity in multi-locations
• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
• Implement security measures
• Telecommunications setup
• Managing stocks of equipments and computer supplies
• Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs and makes recommendations to increase efficiency to meet business need
• Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 35 pounds; bend, kneel, and stoop to access cables and data ports underneath and behind desks and furniture
• Other responsibilities as assigned
