Family Practice Opportunity: – MD/DO Family Practice physician needed to join an existing multi-specialty clinic of 300+ providers with over 35 sub-specialties offered. – Strong community need for an additional family practice physician. – Clinic Mon-Fri and one afternoon a week off. – Only phone call shared equally with group. – Hospitalists follow your patients when admitted. Competitive Compensation Package: – Sign on bonus – Relocation allowance & loan repayment offered – Annual CME allowance – Health/Dental, long and short-term disability, retirement (3 plans) and 35 days PTO. – First year is a guaranteed salary with quality incentives 15% of base salary paid quarterly – Production incentives to begin the 2 nd year.
