indiGO Auto Group Looking for Digital Marketing Manager at Houston, TX Full Time

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The right person for the job will have an entrepreneurial, data-driven, and analytical mindset. You must be able to manage multiple projects and timelines. Collaborating with the marketing team, agency, and store leaders will be imperative as you will be working cross-functionally with teams in creative, content creation, eCommerce, traditional marketing, and digital marketing. This role will require a hands-on approach so you can be the leader that will successfully take indiGO Auto Group to the next level with Web, SEO, Content, Social Media, and Email Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Director of Marketing and Operations and is responsible for all markets that indiGO represents.
• Work with CEO, General Managers, team, and the agency to develop, implement, and oversee long-term as well as short-term techniques that enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to the company’s websites, and generate sales leads.
• Plan and execute growth initiatives for e-commerce traffic, social media, website conversion, and SEO strategies from discovery to implementation, management, tracking key insights, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Operations to create and execute digital marketing budgets company-wide.
• Create coop eligible and compliance approved digital assets, graphics, and landing pages for each dealership’s digital initiatives.
• Design and implement an ongoing communication strategy to company employees spelling out the monthly marketing activity, advertising, events, etc.
• Collaborate with the Director of Technology and Sales Process to identify and test new digital platforms and tools as well as new and emerging digital marketing strategies and trends.
• Utilize web analytics tools to monitor sites and SEO progress.
• Map out a cadence and workflow per location for a sophisticated email marketing strategy that a team member will execute. Working with outside vendors if applicable.
• Meet with all 3rd party vendors to ensure they are providing an ROI that is in line with our objections.
• Work with team to complete stores weekly online audits.
• Work with Marketing Administrator to ensure the monthly budget is aligned with plan and complete end-of-month budget/coop reviews with the management team.

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years Marketing experience required
• Positive attitude
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
• A clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
