IMA Clinical Research is seeking to hire an energetic, detailed oriented Senior Digital Designer experienced in creative content development and digital marketing to support the Patient Recruitment department and the overall the growth of IMA Clinical Research.
IMA Clinical Research, a division of The IMA Group, is a network that includes sites dedicated to Phase II-IV clinical research across multiple therapeutic area and an extensive array of more than 100 satellite locations providing extensive nationwide patient access. We have a rapidly growing database of over 300,000 patients and the ability to reach millions.

This position is a remote work from home role.

Job Responsibilities
- Create and design marketing and advertising material in print, digital, electronic and internet distribution that effectively promotes studies to potential volunteers and patients, as well as uses strategic approaches to target key market segments.
- Maintain social media calendar for all patient facing content to leverage the opportunity to lower the cost of patient recruitment in the medium to long term, particularly with communities and retargeting.
- Help build and grow organic patient engagement on all relevant social media platforms.
- Stay current with the latest marketing and design trends to design and deliver new communications. Experience with TikTok is a plus!
- Create visualizations that convey understanding of audience and create accurate messaging.
- Able to work on simultaneous projects and meet deadlines with quality product
- QA design for errors
- Implement feedback and changes as necessary
- Must be organized, creative and have an eye for details
- Ability to work as a team contributor
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
