Ignite Visibility is looking for a full time Paid Search Specialist to join their fast-growing team in San Diego. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with Google Adwords experience to take their skills and career to the next level while working with a talented team, advanced processes and interesting clients. The Paid Search Specialist will be directly responsible for implementing paid search (pay-per-click, PPC, SEM) campaign optimizations to improve client account performance.

Position Responsibilities
- Create and test keyword and audience targeting segments
- Create and test text ad, banner ads, and landing page variations
- Implement keyword and audience bid optimization
- Setup conversion tracking and remarketing tags
- Analyze performance analytics; monitor budget pacing and performance trend changes
- Create and summarize advertising account performance reports
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years’ experience managing or monitoring paid search campaigns
- Google AdWords Certified
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly analytical & comfortable working with large datasets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time and task management skills
Desired Qualifications but Not Required:
- Digital marketing agency experience
- Paid social ads experience
- Google display or programmatic display experience
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification
- Conversion rate optimization skills
