About this job

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with an artistic eye who is passionate about social media content.

You will work alongside Product Leadership to drive strategy and execution for increased acquisition, adoption, and engagement of two award-winning mobile apps. This person will help with user engagement via content creation for social media to further our brand, build good will, and get more organic downloads.

We have big plans over the next 12 months and are looking for someone with expertise in the latest social media marketing techniques to propel growth. This is a great opportunity to join our product team and help drive our critical initiatives.

• Freedom to try new marketing channels, different messages, new tactics – we firmly believe we don’t know what will work until we test and measure

Responsibilities

• Live and breathe the language of social, using your experience across all the major social platforms to inform your channel-specific content
• Create and edit highly polished static assets for use across a wide variety of social media channels
• Work closely with our Ad Agency to identify static and video assets that could be repurposed and posted on social media for greater coverage
• Content and Social Media Management
• Multi-Channel Campaign Planning: Identify and define the best social media and content channels to execute marketing and communication campaigns based on Set ideal customer profile
• Content and Marketing Distribution: Own and develop marketing processes including content production, messaging calendars and brand/product positioning, ensuring Set is appropriately and effectively across all platforms while engaging with followers
• Monitor social media comments and messages. Engage with users of our apps and escalate issues to customer service
• Help coordinate activities and requests with internal teams

A little bit about you

You are a proven Social Media Content Creator who is adept at creating static and video social assets utilizing established brand guidelines, with experience cropping, remixing and generally optimizing marketing content for specific social channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years successful Social Media Content Creation experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Canva, the Adobe Suite, or other graphic design tools
• MUST have experience utilizing social media and social media schedulers like Sprinklr
• Proven success increasing Social Media Follower Count
• Adept at creating static and video social assets utilizing established brand guidelines, with experience cropping, remixing and generally optimizing marketing content for specific social channels
• Good eye for social media content, knows the cutting edge trends and what’s going viral
• Superb communication skills both internally and externally
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and work independently
• Can work effectively in a remote setting
