The ideal candidate will have home care/healthcare scheduling experience, and a positive and proactive attitude. As the first point of contact, they must be able to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, over the phone.
Scheduling Coordinators provide a professional and helpful experience when answering calls from SeniorBridge clients and staff while covering multiple branch offices. A big part of the job will involve daily scheduling of Personal Care Home Health Aides or rescheduling when a staff member calls out for a shift. Dependent on the size of the Branch, the Scheduling Coordinator may be responsible for all or part of the following responsibilities:
