Responsibilities • Performs pattern inspection and decides whether to accept, repair or scrap
• Sets up dimensional gauges and inspects cores and wax patterns
• Utilizes fixturing or gauges to ensure dimensional conformance
• Prepares sprues, locates ceramic bracing, and attaches pattern to gating
• Performs seal and dip seal operations as specified
• Performs sub-assembly of multiple airfoil patterns
• Responsible for the quality of the entire mold assembly
• Sets up equipment and performs pinner/robot operations
• Maintains necessary supplies and follows EHS rules
• Performs other duties as required
Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Basic computer skills preferred
