What We Are Looking For

Job Title: Full Time Director of Human Resources
Schedule: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm

Who is the Director of Human Resources?

The Director of Human Resources is a key member of our executive team. The Director of Human Resources works to recruit, develop, and retain our valuable employees. They will lead the Human Resources team through functions such as total rewards, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, regulatory bodies, and legal entities.

What We Need

Education:

The ideal candidate will meet one of the following criteria.

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years general experience in human resources management. Experience in the healthcare field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Master’s degree in personnel administration and three (3) years general experience in human resources management.

Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resource administration, effective communication skills, and the ability to provide leadership to all levels of the organization
• Healthcare experience preferred
