Job Summary
This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive leadership to support ICP and guiding the success of its core physician recruitment function. The Director of Network Development will foster the expansion of the Innovation Care Partners (ICP) provider network by driving growth in provider membership. Furthermore, they will collaborate with ICP’s leadership to create strategic initiatives aimed at identifying and enrolling providers from the community, enhancing the visibility and reputation of ICP, and strengthening existing partnerships to foster greater alignment.
- Collaborates closely with the leadership team to act as the principal driver of recruitment and expansion for the ICP provider network. The Director will focus on targeted provider recruitment through strategic planning for identification, research, and outreach to prospective providers and their practices. Effectively and proactively manage relationships with all physicians in the market/portfolio, to achieve market targets and develop innovative opportunities for growth Ensure a well-balanced representation of provider specialties across Arizona. Present professional and compelling presentations to targeted groups and participate in physician recruitment events, hospital events, activities and other ICP meetings as required.
- Supervise the team and maintain optimal staffing levels, encompassing responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance assessment, coaching, and fostering employee development to ensure enhanced productivity, work quality, and alignment with our mission, vision, and values. Furthermore, maintain strict adherence to all policies and exhibit financial responsibility by being answerable for the financial integrity in the creation and upkeep of the departmental budget.
- Responsible for managing and auditing new leads in the CRM and maintaining the CRM record until transferred to the assigned Network Development Manager.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of market conditions to determine if practices belong to larger systems that contract as single entities
- Maintain current knowledge of geographic market differences which may influence how a provider is contracted Oversee the contract implementation process; identify opportunities for process improvement; address and facilitate problem resolution
