Responsibilities
Job Summary
Provides oversight and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), typically in support of Healthcare Facilities Management (HFM) and Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Biomedical Engineering. Ensures that the CMMS is fully functional and operational through the continuous evaluation of existing workflow, metrics, application availability, and production support. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CMMS upgrades, enhancements, and best practices. Provides system training and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and Supply Chain Shared Services team members Performs research, gap analysis, and data collection to promote database data integrity.
- Monitors and maintains the data integrity of the CMMS application. Under minimal supervision, performs data imports, data cleansing, and data alignment as needed. Provides subject matter expertise for CMMS, its processes, and its design.
- Builds and designs reports and dashboards as requested my management.
- Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for CMMS activities. Trains super-users, users, and customers in their respective CMMS functions.
- Acts as a liaison between HTM/HFM, vendors, IT, and the CMMS platform
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education
Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or Other Relevant Degree Required
Experience
3 years Database administration Required
