Overview

The Accounting Department of the H&K Group, Inc., located in Skippack, PA, is looking for a summer intern!

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares, sorts, copies, and files invoices, correspondence, and other requested items.
• Audits invoices against purchase orders.
• Posts invoices into accounting system for payment.
• Balances monthly statements.
• Assists in monthly and annual closing.
• Provides daily payment information and totals.
• Assists with related special projects, as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
