High speed production process with attention to detail
Must be able to train and work on available shifts and work mandatory overtime

Responsibilities
• Work according to operator instruction sheets and/or verbal instructions
• Check products and/or component dimensions with use of various indicators and gauges
• Change simple parts and fixtures for product changeover
• Visually and manually check for defects in product or workmanship
• Input data daily to maintain charts and reports
• Maintain clean and orderly work area
• Comply with work instructions and procedures to ensure product quality
• Suggest and implement continuous improvement programs
• Communicate machine issues and failures with support staff and co-workers
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment and achieve production goals
• Sufficient reading, writing, and math skills
• Sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity
• Physical ability to do work requiring frequent stooping and lifting up to 40 pounds
• Acceptable scores on pre-employment assessments
