We are looking for a professional with creative thinking, excellent writing and communication skills, skilled in using new technologies and proficient in converting information in compelling stories. You will write and edit copy for a variety of initiatives, working closely with the product and marketing and communications team to get content, ideas and bring them to life in a highly technical and business to business environment. This position requires close collaboration and alignment with different teams across the organization, HUB marketing and sales, application engineering and regional product manager teams, regional and local communications and the global BU marketing and sales organizations.

Your responsibilities

• You develop and lead the content that helps educate business of the value that Hitachi Energy Transformers brings to the market & ensure content is effectively and efficiently used across organization
• You create, write and deploy multi-channel marketing content (Includes: production of video/webinars, webcopy, campaign elements, blog posts, event content, etc.) following the marketing and communication plans
• You generate and write whitepapers, stories about how our teams, our product and services are supporting and helping the industry stakeholders. Focus on the value proposition and benefits
• You partner with the HUBs and regional teams to ensure content is the right fit for different regions; adapting where needed, and to convert the voice of the different regions into inspiring stories
• You work with product, segment and Industry Network Leaders and additional internal stakeholders to develop, refine and simplify customer focused value propositions and messaging
• You manage marketing content calendar & content distribution plan and tools
• You work closely with BU Marketing and communication team to align and leverage marketing content
• You direct expectations of all stakeholders through transparent and proactive editorial calendar and reports
• You understand and navigate today’s buyer journey and write content that helps pull prospects through to drive new revenue for business
• Lives core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background

• Proven degree, complemented by 2+ years’ experience in marketing within the technology sector
• Passion for marketing and storytelling
• Creativity, excitement for innovation and bringing fresh ideas to the table (Creativity to bring stories to live is a must)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Finely honed project management skills, in addition to a keen sense of initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness
• Ability to absorb complex technical topics and turn them into simple marketing content
• High command of English in writing and proofing skills & excellent communication skills, with a knack for distilling down complex ideas into customer-friendly language
