The Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront is currently looking for a full-time Guest Service Agent to join their Front Office team!
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for greeting, registering and checking guests out of the hotel while ensuring the highest level of customer service, quality and preferred standards are met at all times. This is a full-time position for someone flexible to work AM, PM, and overnight shifts during weekdays/weekends as needed.
MUST have a flexible schedule!
What Will I Be Doing?
As Guest Service Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel while delivering outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
