All members of the Human Resources team participate in and assist with all aspects of Human Resources such as team member recognition, performance management, leaves of absence, managing to the collective bargaining agreements and upholding employment laws/regulations and other duties as required; on top of the Generalist responsibilities, this role will oversee onboarding, onsite hiring, training and benefits. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years experience as a generalist Human Resources Manager, with hotel and union experience preferred but not required.
