We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager who will share their expertise and passion with our team of high-performing recruiters. Together, you will lead with compassion and empathy while expanding HealthVerity’s distributed footprint across the US. This is a hands-on role for a person who loves growing and leading teams.
What you will do
Lead, develop, and manage an ambitious and high-performing recruiting team to meet quarterly performance objectives
Own the building of a diverse candidate pipeline to meet monthly recruiting goals through sourcing, referrals, agencies, and organic applications
Continuously evangelize HealthVerity’s value proposition through updated content on job boards, job descriptions, and our career site
Build and manage strong collaborative partnerships with agencies, colleges/universities, bootcamps, meetup groups, military etc.
Own the accuracy of all recruiting and paid advertising data and report monthly on key KPIs
Desired skills and experience
3+ years of direct people management experience leading a team of recruiters
Success with developing and automating recruitment processes
Pipeline management for a high-growth company
Must be based within reasonable distance to the Greater Philadelphia area to allow for in-office collaboration on a regular basis
