Job Description
Provide training to all staff, policy council, and Head Start of Greater Dallas, Inc. (HSGD) board of directors, volunteers, and parents. Cooperate with community organizations with efforts related to staff and career development. Provides counseling and funding for college courses for teachers seeking Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate, Associate in Arts (AA) degree and Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) degree
Qualifications: B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Services, Sociology, Communication, Adult Education & Training, or a related field from an accredited college. Strong knowledge of training. Develops implements and evaluates training modules, lesson plans, training outlines and training, facilitation and/or coaching skills. Four years’ experience as a trainer in staff development or similar arena
Location: WMS-AO
Salary: $58,446.90 annually
