Confidence Wealth Management is looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced and growing team. You will manage various marketing initiatives and will oversee planning, development, execution, and monitoring metrics. Ideal candidate is experienced in marketing and understands sales, conversions, direct response, copywriting, social media, advertising, and other marketing-related activities. You are not expected to do all of these, but you must be highly experienced in some of these areas and understand the other areas well. This is necessary to manage our initiatives successfully.
This is not a learning, intern-like position. This candidate is expected to apply his/her existing and transferable skills to the company immediately. The ideal candidate must clearly demonstrate his/her capabilities. If you are just starting out, this is not the position for you. The ideal candidate should be able to ‘hit the ground running.’ We understand that there is a transitional learning/onboarding period. However, the skill set should already be there, and we simply fit those skills into our company – not teach you from the ground up.
