Confidence Wealth Management is looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced and growing team. You will manage various marketing initiatives and will oversee planning, development, execution, and monitoring metrics. Ideal candidate is experienced in marketing and understands sales, conversions, direct response, copywriting, social media, advertising, and other marketing-related activities. You are not expected to do all of these, but you must be highly experienced in some of these areas and understand the other areas well. This is necessary to manage our initiatives successfully.

This is not a learning, intern-like position. This candidate is expected to apply his/her existing and transferable skills to the company immediately. The ideal candidate must clearly demonstrate his/her capabilities. If you are just starting out, this is not the position for you. The ideal candidate should be able to ‘hit the ground running.’ We understand that there is a transitional learning/onboarding period. However, the skill set should already be there, and we simply fit those skills into our company – not teach you from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively develop, implement, monitor, and socialize new and/or existing processes that improve cross-functional alignment, effectiveness, and decision-making
• Project manage a variety of marketing programs including collaborating on project plans and managing timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships
• Create, execute, and manage marketing initiatives in a variety of different channels, both online and offline
• Plan, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of tasks ensuring all targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule and within budget
• Establish and track relevant KPIs, making informed data-based decisions
• Collaborate with team on requested deliverables; coordinate resources and help with overall project alignment
• Effectively manage a team of internal and outsourced talent
• Establish and communicate project strategy, deliverables, and priorities
• Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the business strategy
• Conduct in-depth market research on a product or service as well as competitor analyses
• Understand the company, its products, and customer base in order to assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives and campaigns

• Works well under pressure.
• Possess the drive and creativity to increase sales
• Strong background in direct response
• Exceptional organization skills – can handle multiple projects at the same time while dealing with alterations, schedule changes, and Murphy’s Law
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Management skills: An ability to delegate, guide, and coach employees and freelancers.
• Maintains high editorial standards.
• Has an extremely critical eye for design and writing materials. Good taste, a sense of aesthetics, and a love for great copy.
• Must be tech-savvy and be comfortable with various marketing tools and adjacent technologies (Simply knowing social media does not equate to being tech savvy)
• Ownership. The work that is live is yours-an extension of you and your dedication to perfection.
• Strong work ethic, high level of professionalism, integrity, trustworthiness, commitment, and has developed business maturity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management or similar field

• Minimum 5 years managing a marketing and advertising team
• Ad agency experience preferred, but not required
• You must work Pacific Time, no exceptions
• While this is a fully remote position, you must “walk-in”/enter our virtual office during work hours. This is not a freelance type of position.
