Duties & Responsibilities
Manage/lead auditing procedures for all business systems including, ISO, Haldex Way, ERP Master Data using standard methodologies.
Manage SQE responsibilities such as PPAP, Customer Notifications, and all portals for OE suppliers.
Manage compliance data for REACH and other material programs.
Implementation of detailed manufacturing, tooling and/or equipment requirements to ensure compliance by affected departments
Programs and directs the work activities of an assigned group of Manufacturing Engineering personnel
Drives corrective action activity for issues found on shop floor using problem solving tools (five why, fishbone, root cause analysis) and basic statistical analysis
Develop and maintain product process documentation, such as product assembly procedures, product test/calibration/alignment procedures, assembly and test checklists, standard operating procedures
Ensure new and existing products are properly established within business systems for proper material flow.
Lead various projects to support evolution to system software
Support product build in various manufacturing phases
Solve product and test issues with software and diagnostics
Understand customer and business requirements to implement new products, develop deployment strategies, procedures, and road maps
Receives input, coaching, and information to aid in setting priorities from Plant Manager and others that are appropriate.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. Must have ability to work with distractions in an open, noisy, high traffic warehouse environment.
