The Marketing Writer will create content to promote Greenway Health products and services, events and thought leadership. This position reports to the Director of Campaigns & Digital Marketing and will be responsible for writing effective internal communications, along with a wide variety of client facing marketing formats such as web copy, video scripts and storyboards, social media posts, email, direct mail, sales collateral, presentations, scripts, social media posts, case studies, and other formats as required in alignment with campaign assets and deliverables.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as Sharepoint, emails, staff presentation decks, newsletters and videos. You may also be required to create time-sensitive communications on industry relevant topics to support go-to-market initiatives, and other lead generation communications.
• Assist with the management and frequent updating of company and product information, post timely industry news and company updates, promote go-to-market initiatives, events, webinars, conferences, etc.
• Write thought leadership content including white papers, blog posts, speaker presentations, etc.
• Write sales-specific copy around our products, capabilities and value proposition for sales presentations, client proposals, case studies and sales collateral. Assist with formatting and producing final product
• Assist with developing customer communications including presentations and product updates
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to help develop client-enhancing messaging aligned with company value propositions for multi-channel collateral and assets.
• Edit and proofread all campaign copy in alignment with corporate style guide and positioning.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders.
• Other marketing duties as needed

Skills/Knowledge

• Must be able to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills and abilities in writing, editing, and interpreting concepts/ideas into written and/or verbal form
• Past experience producing content for the web-based B2B businesses, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, webinars, social media, etc.).
• Past experience building audiences either online or offline.
• A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
• Highly collaborative; great facilitator; leads by example
• Must be sufficiently well versed to oversee work from draft stage through layout and design.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and achieve measurable results on time
• Experience with data-driven SEO content development and inbound marketing preferred, but not required.
• Able to work and execute in a fast-paced, innovative, energizing environment
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite preferred, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or video editing a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years marketing and business to business content creation experience.
• Work Environment/Physical Demands
• While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the work day
• This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of their work day
• This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as, in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/or mobile devices.
• The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates.
