Machine Operator (Press Operator) We are currently looking for an experienced Press Operator ! Schedule All Shifts Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401k Pay: $20-30/hr Position As a valued member of our team in the role of Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include proficiently configuring, operating, and maintaining machinery. Your primary goal will be to guarantee the production of top-notch products, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the machine at its full capacity while also ensuring its proper maintenance. The Machine Operator’s Role Encompasses The Following Key Tasks

• Thoroughly verify parts and documents, analyzing the job traveler to determine the appropriate recipe for completing the cure process before loading the parts onto racks, trays, or carts.
• Adhere to schedules and time allowances while closely monitoring machines to ensure that there are no discrepancies in the software programs.
• Skillfully interpret parts and quantities that require additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouples placement before the oven cure process.
• Expertly remove probes, wires, fixtures, and breakout materials, and meticulously clean all parts before distributing them to the next stage of the process.
