GP Strategies has a need for a Learning Facilitator.

SUMMARY: Teaches courses for customers regarding features and operation of products, equipment, and business processes as determined by the needs of the client, as well as research and customize the material and documentation used.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of operation of products, equipment, and business processes.
• Demonstrates appropriate public speaking, communication and audience motivation skills.
• Determines how end users will best learn training content.
• Collaborates with client to review existing training course materials and refine course delivery for specific audiences to achieve training objectives.
• Conducts quality review of data created to support course delivery.
• Sets a positive tone for the training, including clearly setting expectations for the course, encouraging participation, and using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Monitors class evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Facilitator experience
• MS Office Suite
