Server

Our Servers are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Server enriches the guest’s experiences by greeting them cheerfully and ensuring their food and beverages are prepared to order through thorough job knowledge, listening intently, suggestive selling, and accurately ringing in their orders. Other duties include taking orders, serving food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, and assisting in maintenance of all front-of-house service areas and equipment.

Server Assistant

Our Server Assistants are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Server Assistant enriches the guest’s experiences by performing key support tasks and working in tandem with the Servers. Duties include manicuring active tables and clearing, preparing and resetting vacant tables. Additionally, the Server Assistant will maintain a pristine restaurant environment by grooming the dining room and its perimeters.

Line Cook

Our Line Cooks are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Line Cook is responsible for menu recipe execution and proper plate presentation for immediate service to restaurant guests. The Line Cook ensures the correct preparation of all menu dishes in accordance with guest requests, portion control, temperature guidelines, and company time standards. They’re also responsible for all aspects of their cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage. This role works on a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven, etc.

Prep Cook

Our Prep Cooks are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Prep Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing various recipes and food products according to the prep lists provided by the chef. The Prep Cook will prepare all batch recipes in accordance with, portion and quality control, temperature guidelines, and company issued recipes. They’re responsible for all aspects of their station including set up, prep work, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage. The role will be performed on a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven, etc.
