In this role, you will work with client-facing subject matter experts (SMEs), learning and business colleagues to drive innovative and effective learning design and delivery. You will lead, build and curate learning solutions that equip our StoryMakers with capabilities at each stage of their career, with a focus on Leadership Development programming. You are passionate about delivering experiential learning in blended environments, and that passion is reinforced with a solid program management approach. The Talent Development Manager is experienced in performance consulting to help ensure learning solutions provided target true business needs. On a day-to-day basis, this role manages multiple programs, coaches talent specialists and SMEs, and executes training programs. We’ll count on you to work with business leaders and project managers to identify performance gaps and create the plans that supports business goals and strategies.
YOUR IMPACT //
License/Certification/Designation: Professional certification, such as the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or leadership management certification strongly preferred.
Experience: Typically, six or more years of demonstrated experience in learning and development, organizational development/effectiveness and in internal and external consulting. 2+ years in a learning leadership function strongly preferred. Solid instructional design, skill assessment, measurement methodology, needs assessment, change management and virtual facilitation experience required.
