Giesecke+Devrient is seeking a Personalization Machine Operator IV
Responsible for setup and operation of personalization orders
Requires attention to detail, customer focus, and technical aptitude
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Operate personalization and fulfillment equipment
• Select data for daily production schedule
• Process production jobs efficiently and accurately
• Perform quality checks and ensure conformance to company standards
• Count finished products to determine completion of orders
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and work area
• Follow safety regulations and company policies
• Produce high-quality products with minimal scrap
• Document and ship orders from the department
• Print, fold, and insert mail pieces as per specifications
Requirements
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• More than 6 months experience in card personalization preferred
• Mathematical ability required
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently or as a team member
