Assess training needs and recommend training and development priorities for the Institute for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) topics. Develop and present large-scale training programs for DEI issues including but not limited to intersectionality, implicit bias, hate on campus, cultural competence, privilege, marginalization and oppression, microaggressions, and social justice. Program delivery methods include: electronic training, webinars, live-instructor facilitated and off-site.
This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Institute Diversity Equity and Inclusion leaders and staff
This position typically will advise and counsel: program participants

Job Duty 1 –
Develop training needs, analysis methods, data collection, and make recommendations of priorities
Job Duty 2 –
Develop content for large-scale programs; may lead and train others in development of individual courses
Job Duty 3 –
Facilitate training sessions and train-the-trainer programs
Job Duty 4 –
Assess training effectiveness by development and application of learning
Job Duty 5 –
Manage and coordinate training and education projects from inception to delivery and evaluate results
Job Duty 6 –
Consult with client leadership to determine training and development needs. Make recommendations for future improvement, and delivery of programs
Job Duty 7 –
Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
Five to seven years of job-related experience
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Certifications: Diversity and Inclusion Training
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Master’s Degree
SKILLS
Working knowledge and skill in adult instructional design, delivery and follow-up assessment, especially as related to diversity, equity and inclusion issues. Skill in training facilitation and presentation, project management, spoken and written communications, and public speaking. Use of office and specialized computer applications is required.

Salary Range:$52,894.00 – $69,737
