Position includes building knowledge of both HotLine (grill and food prep) and ColdLine (cashier and custard prep), along with leading a group of employees to a successful shift. Position also includes payroll, wage reviews, hiring, terminating, training, etc.

The Management position is a full-time position (33-50hrs/wk.) with schedules made by you in advance. Health Benefits are also a huge bonus to this position! We require a minimum of 6 months in management experience for this position, but be prepared, no other business runs things like Freddy’s. We lead our crew to success, and we strive to create a fun career for everyone in the work place! This management style is what creates our amazing Freddy’s Culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
