The Role:
As the Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be key to our team’s success in bringing top talent into ForgeRock. You will collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Recruiters to develop creative and workable strategies to identify candidates across all functions. This position is critical to our search for passive candidates and our goal of providing a “white glove” candidate experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Sourcer who is passionate about the work that they do.
Responsibilities:
- Source passive candidate using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean / X-ray searches
- Review, evaluate and shortlist suitable profiles online
- Reach out to candidates using emails, LinkedIn Inmails and telephone calls
- Review applications in Greenhouse and progress suitable candidates
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to Recruiters
- Maintain up to date records in Greenhouse
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers to identify priority roles
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and the wider HR team to ensure smooth running recruiting processes
- Become the Subject Matter Expert on candidate sourcing by sharing ideas, best practises and market observations
- Conduct quality candidate screening calls
- Provide timely follow up to all Recruitment queries and escalations
- Champion and promote the Employee Referral scheme internally
- Provide excellent levels of customer service, both with managers internally and candidates externally
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter
- Experience of sourcing candidates for IT software organisations
- Experience of sourcing across a broad range of functions, including Sales
- Hands-on experience of modern sourcing techniques such as using LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean / x ray search strings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse
- Excellent candidate management and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage competing priorities
- A team player with a strong track record of working closely with colleagues to hit a common goal
- Self-motivated and able to work successfully when remote from the team
- Excellent, accurate reporting skills
