On this team, you will play a leading role in developing our marketing research strategy and identifying opportunities to enhance our global marketing programs.

The Day-to-Day:

• Conduct a variety of research projects to influence marketing campaigns, determine audiences and help expand into new markets
• Lead a variety of research projects, including surveys, media habits studies, concept testing, messaging research, CX/UX testing, audience segmentation, interviews, focus groups and more
• Manage and oversee research projects from end-to-end: design research plans; write surveys, stimuli and interview guides; manage scheduling, recruiting and programming; and summarize and present research findings for partners and leadership
• Use your expertise to lead and influence, helping improve processes, identify opportunities and enhance how our Global Marketing department uses consumer and market research
• Develop meaningful relationships with your partners (CMO, Marketing VPs, legal and more) and external research partners
• Manage budgets for research projects with vendors

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in market research or related field
• Experience in quantitative research and related platforms (ex: Qualtrics or similar)
• Passion for understanding consumers and finding business opportunities by learning about their behaviors, pain points and needs
• Desire to work in a collaborative environment, with opportunities to develop as a leader in your field
• Effectively communicate with partners at all levels

Compensation:

• $80,000-$100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
