The Accounting Assistant is responsible for assisting the with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Job Duties:
Daily data entry of invoices from various lighting and commercial manufacturers
Coordinating the monthly reconciliation of commissions from each manufacturer with other team members
Updating the deposit log daily
Basic bookkeeping for accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
Required Skills:
Basic computer related skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Accounting Experience, including bookkeeping, invoice posting, and payment reconciliation
Pay Range is dependent upon level of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
