The overall responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is to assist the Head of Marketing in executing national marketing initiatives for our Fantastic Sams brand and support the overall creative and strategic processes for the success of the salons.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with regional staff to provide necessary marketing support to their markets
Coordinate development and production of marketing plans for franchise salons
Act as department liaison for marketing communication internally and externally
Manage and update salon lists for internal purposes and marketing agency partners
Ability to create spreadsheets to track and analyze statistics and ROI for campaign efforts
Manage and update advertising budgets for specified markets
Contribute to and coordinate national marketing initiatives such as Grand Openings, Annual Convention, and National Color Event
Job Qualifications:
Must be very organized and be able to manage projects within agreed-upon timelines
Excellent writing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to assess situations in-depth and problem solve
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated individual with the ability to be part of a team and collaborate with others
Effective time management
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
1 to 3 years of experience in a Marketing role
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Vimeo, YouTube)
Smartsheet Project Management Software
Teams and Zoom Communication Software
