Position Summary: The Training and Development Manager will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees. Responsible for the design, development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding and ongoing programs that build employee competencies to enable the individual, department, and the organization to improve effectiveness. Works collaboratively across the organization in partnership with leadership to ensure learning and development needs are aligned with and support organizational strategies, FCC Culture, provide continuous improvement and works to improve leadership capabilities at all levels of the organization.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary Range: $82,000 -$90,000
