Job Description
Extension is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Wauwatosa, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for corporate credit decisions, collection communications as needed, and the processing of cash receipts in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures for the parent company and subsidiaries. 75% AR duties, 25% credit/collections duties.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of AR/Collections experience
  • Prefer Associates or Bachelors in Accounting, will take High School Diploma at several years of experience
  • Worked in an ERP Software; they use AS400 Metalware.
  • Excel; pivot tables, v-lookups. Strong Excel is a must have!
  • manufacturing experience is a must have.
