Job Description
A local St Cloud company is seeking Final Assemblers for their wood shop . We are looking for individuals who are passionate about woodworking, possess strong attention to detail, and are physically fit. While we are willing to train the right candidate, the ability to read a tape measure is a must. If you are motivated, hardworking, and eager to join a team of dedicated professionals, this is the perfect employment opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform final assembly of wood products according to specifications
- Use various tools and equipment such as saws, paints, sanders, etc.
- Ensure excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail in every task
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Previous woodworking experience is preferred
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Physically capable of twisting, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50lbs
- Comfortable with prolonged standing and walking
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality

Hours and Pay

Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 3:30pm
- Friday 6:00am – 10:00am (OT available)
- Voluntary Saturday’s available
- $16.00-$24.00
