What you’ll be doing

Experian has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Team. This position will be responsible for developing recruiting strategies to support the growing needs of the business and will work with HR Partners to develop and execute on talent strategies. The TA Manager will lead 3-5 Talent Acquisition Partners who spport our high volume, contact center and data entry recruitment.

The position will report to the Talent Acquisition Director. To thrive in this role you must be a TA process expert with strong people leadership and a desire to constantly improve the TA function.

The position’s responsibilities include:

• Coordinate day-to-day recruitment operations for the team while reviewing hiring progress
• Communicating with business leaders through verbal and written updates, reports and presentations regarding the external talent landscape, status of open roles and strength of candidate pipeline
• Managing open requisitions, and full cycle recruitment for non-agent hiring
• Leading projects and initiatives to streamline recruitment processes
• Develop recruitment strategies in partnership with HR and business partners. Ensuring a focus on diversity outreach and inclusive hiring practices
• Provides career development to employees regarding growth opportunities, ensuring team has robust development plans and goals

What your background looks like

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• 2+ year of leadership experience preferred (managing people, projects, or related leadership experience)
• Able to handle multiple projects and tasks
• Experience with full-cycle, high volume recruitment
• Strong expertise in TA process and systems
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the business and HR
• Excellent people leader with the ability to hire and develop emerging talent
• Results orientated with strong execution and process improvement focus
