What you’ll be doing
Experian has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Team. This position will be responsible for developing recruiting strategies to support the growing needs of the business and will work with HR Partners to develop and execute on talent strategies. The TA Manager will lead 3-5 Talent Acquisition Partners who spport our high volume, contact center and data entry recruitment.
The position will report to the Talent Acquisition Director. To thrive in this role you must be a TA process expert with strong people leadership and a desire to constantly improve the TA function.
