The Director of Client Implementation will lead the team of professionals who provide specialized product onboarding support to new and existing clients of Experian Employer Services. The individual works with client technical and business teams to assess, document and resolve basic customer issues within the context of new program setup and a variety of client implementation scenarios. The Implementation team works in a consultative fashion with customers, internal stakeholders and product specialists to describe program functionality options that are applicable to current and future-state needs. The team will balance time to revenue with accuracy and exceptional client experience during the implementation project.
