Based on-site at the customer’s location, this position is responsible for developing, delivering, maintaining products and data tools tracking global metrics related to supply chain and logistics operations. The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for presenting and reporting data insights to both the Onsite Program Manager and customer directly through scheduled virtual conferences. This individual will work with business and team leads to define and manage business processes and technology roadmaps, adapt with the ever-changing technological environment, and implement new ideas effectively within the Customer culture. Must have strong programming and database management skills. Additional responsibilities include development and maintenance of standard operating procedures/work instructions, and contributing support to a global team.
The successful candidate must have strong analytical, written, and communication skills as this is a customer facing role. Must be adaptable to changing technologies and a dynamic, fast paced work environment. Must possess an attitude to go above and beyond and deliver exemplary customer service.
