Job Overview
As the Member Engagement Specialist, you will focus on conducting proactive outreach to patients to coordinate office visits and assist prospective patients with joining Everside Health. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with Care Teams, Account Managers, Regional Operations and the Member Experience team on shared initiatives and goals. You will be joining an innovative team that is passionate about delivering “best in class” service with an emphasis on improving the patient’s experience.
This position requires professional etiquette, time management skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a communications expert and results-oriented team-player.
