Wage Range: $16.16 $24.16 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2000.00 for those new to EvergreenHealth
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate’s years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the floor care efforts required to maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, attractive and orderly condition. A lead primarily performs the same work as others in the classification; in addition is directly accountable for monitoring and reviewing completion of work assignments by employees, checking work for accuracy, assisting in making daily work assignments, assisting with developing work schedules, or giving advice and work instructions to other employees. Fulfills all of the job functions and responsibilities of the Environmental Services Tech.
Primary Duties:
1. Maintain all floors, walls, windows, fixtures and furnishings in a clean and sanitary condition according to departmental procedures.
2. Knowledge and use of proper cleaning and infection control procedures in specific areas.
3. Communicates from assigned area the status of rooms to Housekeeping Lead and Admitting.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education or Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good interpersonal communication skills, presents and maintains professional manner.
