What’s the role?

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to support our People team’s goal of improving the quality of customer service and operations.

As the Sr. HR Generalist, you will be responsible for collaborating across the People team to provide operational, process-related support needed to ensure that our team is able to meet its goals. This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, Sr. HR Generalist. For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States who are either remote, flex, or office-based. What does the day-to-day look like?

• Lead the team in improving & streamlining HR operational work, being functional lead in developing HR Generalist playbook

• Ensure process and document compliance; building compliance into all we do

• Actively identify process improvement opportunities to better demonstrate technology and help the People Operations team scale

• Lead day-to-day operations of the People Ops team, leading our HR channels of communication and employee self-service portal

• Build strong partnerships to ensure successful collaborations within the People team

• Maintaining employment records and changes while ensuring data integrity

• Participate in cross-functional team based projects as needed

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

• 5+ years of HR related experience and proven HR applied proficiency

• Workday experience is required

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Detailed oriented and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and ability to handle challenging priorities

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in human resources

• Substantial HR experience: you have in-depth knowledge of HR laws, immigration, strategies, policies, and practices

• A forward-thinking approach coupled with a keen sense of organization
