We have Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem LPN positions open for all shifts (every other weekend and holiday requirement for Full & Part Time)!
Pay rate: $30- $43 per hour (based on experience, shift differentials, and choosing to have benefits or not)
Weekend Warrior pay rate: $42 per hour (work every Saturday & Sunday with the 6th weekend off on rotation)
Per Diem pay rate: $38 per hour
Pay in Lieu of Benefits: $5.00 per hour (for ful time staff only)

Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly
Record accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of RI
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ideal candidates will possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting
Primary series of the COVID Vaccine Required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
