Ellit Groups Looking for Epic LMS Administrator at Remote Full Time

Summary:

The Training Coordinator supports the Training Manager and team with content creation, online tools, delivery, and communication for Epic and related systems education. Applicants should display excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

This position will require a high degree of customer service skills, professionalism, and organization, as well as a strong ability to establish positive and effective working relationships with end users, leadership, and providers.

• Provide general support for training team members and leadership

• Coordinates end user training for all roles, including trainer and class schedules

• Communicates end user training requirements to operations and provides guidance as needed

• Serve as liaison between leadership, new team members, HR, and IT to assist with onboarding and system training and access needs

• Monitors and responds to general inquiries in team mailbox

• Maintains team SharePoint site

• Serve as Learning Management System (LMS) administrator

• Work with vendor for LMS maintenance and outages

• Builds and maintains content in LMS

• Tracks and supports attendance and completion

• Develop and maintain knowledge guides for LMS including but not limited to content build, completion, registration, reports, and supervisor duties

• Develop and maintain a methodology for cataloging active online content in the LMS, naming conventions, versioning, file archival, and retired content

• Provide training and hands-on assistance for new LMS administrators

• Recognize and resolve any issues in the LMS that may occur when it comes to course configurations, registration, and reporting

• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request

• Provide Tier I/Tier II and other end user support per request tickets, emails, phone calls, and other direction from leadership. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.

• Supports end users in their use of the LMS

• Assists end users with identifying appropriate classes or learning materials and registering into applicable classes * Generate detailed reports and provide data analysis per request

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Healthcare, Education, Information Technology, or similar

• Equivalent years in actual field experience considered in lieu of degree

Experience:

• Experience as a Learning Management System administrator highly desired

• Experience as an Epic Training Coordinator highly desired

• Experience managing trainer and class schedules highly desired

• Experience working Epic implementations on the Epic project team desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Working Conditions:

• Work from home with travel as identified by business or client needs. All remote employees are expected to have a consistent, reliable internet connection.

• While onsite with a client: Work indoors in offices, hospitals, and other health care facilities o Work near others in the same office space. Sit at a desk or stand/walk for periods up to the full duration of a shift. Wear appropriate PPE when visiting medical facilities. Travel between facilities as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
